ABRAHAM M. ELLIS was the president of the Broadway Amusement Company, which owned the Broadway Theater in Camden, in the 1930s. He also was a partner, with Martin Ellis and Louis Rovner, in the ownership of the Liberty Theater on Mount Ephraim Avenue at Everett Street, in 1936.
